Can I bring my own parts?

Yes! If you don't have them or we need different parts, we'll let you know. Otherwise, if you can provide parts to save money and time, we love that!

I need this fast, how long will it take?

It really depends on what it needs. A full repair is better than a quick fix, but sometimes you need your stuff back more than it needs a full service.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH direct debit (eChecks), After Pay (Financing), and on occasion a trade!

I'm not sure what's wrong, will you still help?

These are our favorite projects. Yes, we'll diagnose the problem, tell you what it needs, what can wait, and offer you options with the risks involved.

You can't find parts for it anymore, what can you do?

Duct tape, bailing wire, and scrap metal. We're kidding, kind of. If we can't make the part, we'll let you know some other options. Redneck engineering isn't always the answer, but it is something we offer.

I just want it running, nothing else, will you help?

We recommend a full service, but we understand that sometimes a long life span of a tool isn't what you want.
